Web HoneyPot was started at DShield (dshield.org) as a PHP-based honeypot to aide in capturing and analyzing
web-based attacks. The honeypot is coded to allow
reporting of log information back to DShield, which can then be further analyzed. I had the opportunity to
work with some great people on the Web HoneyPot project. I was fortunate enough to be there from the
initial call for volunteers. I
have not been as active lately as I would like to be. There is always _something_ going on :) Take a look
